I'm Charlotte, 25 years old, and I have been standing in a kitchen my whole professional life. Since I was young, I have wanted to move to Paris to learn French pastry (I know it is very cliché). I didn't speak much French back then, but I learned by speaking it. With great effort, I finally got accepted to one of the best French pastry schools in Paris and finished my Bachelor's in entrepreneurship with an emphasis on Patisserie. I spent a reasonable amount of time doing internships all over France and Spain. I then became a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant in Paris, where I worked for over a year. Ihad to stop working due to health resons however I is still my passion to stand behind the counter. That was when I turned to journalism and became interested in sharing stories and learning how to talk to people outside the domain. I´m currently preparing for a master's in journalism to spread the insight even further.
